Fantastic experience provided by James & the team when buying my BMW. At the viewing I was greeted and then left alone to look over and test drive the car without any pressure whatsoever. No surprises when viewing the car and it was exactly as described in their advertisement. Purchase transaction paperwork all completed smoothly and quickly. Would definitely buy from here again.

If you're looking for a car then I would absolutely go to Bedford Cars. The Staff there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were polite honest and not at all pushy. They couldn't do enough to help my partner with his purchase of his vehicle. 100% recommended this place.

No pushy salesman One of the best things about this garage is the guys are down to earth & not pushy salesman. They allowed us to test drive the juke immediately & then made it a real easy process to purchase if. The car was all ready for us the following week when we collected it & in fab condition They had arranged the tax during the week so a really smooth hassle free enjoyable experience of buying a car. Fantastic team, fantastic service.
The team were very helpful and accommodating, had a few concerns with the car but they were happy to fix these straight away. We also had a huge problem with my bank not releasing the funds but the team were very helpful, calm and trusting. They allowed me to take the car for a deposit and not once did they make me feel guilty. They made a stressful situation so much easier.

Such an amazing service, the dealership was tidy, the cars were of good spec and those I spoke to were 100% clued up on not only the vehicle but comparisons and good chit chat while waiting for paperwork. Great Car Purchased and Great Friendly Customer service
I have had great customer service from the very first call. On arriving to view the vehicle I was given the keys and was free to have a good look around. No heavy handed sales and when I asked for a few minor points to be done, such as AirCon and these were done with question. I finally picked up the car today, it had a new MOT, service and was very clean inside and out. The whole process was painless and I would definitely buy another vehicle from James at Bedford Car Centres.

Vas and James went above and beyond to help me with getting the car I wanted. They spoke to me every step of the way and even secured me a much better deal on my finance and delivered the car to me on the same day. The car was immaculate when it arrived and they checked in with me to make sure I was happy and that I had the right insurance and remembered to tax it. They talked to me about what features I needed in a car, budget and looks and found me exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier. Just brought a car from Bedford car centre had a really positive experience. The salesman was great, very friendly and helpful. Arranged to view the car on the Sunday and picked it up the next day. Car had a thorough valet, body work polished and tyres replaced. Salesman kept me up to date with everything, would recommend and would definitely use them again.
